What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

We cannot make deliveries outside the European Union, nor in America, nor in Asia.

We do not ship to European Islands (Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Azores, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, etc.), except to the Balearic Islands, nor to overseas territories.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by Bank Card, or your PayPal account.

In any case, your payment is 100% secure, since it is made through the secure PayPal payment gateway, guaranteeing the total confidentiality of your bank details. If you choose the "Payment by Card" option, you only have to enter your card information. Remember that you do NOT need to have a PayPal account or create one.

PayPal's secure server makes the payment on our bank's secure server, your banking details remain confidential.

How much will it cost me to ship the order to my home?

Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery.

The prices of our items are very adjusted, always trying to give the best possible price, for this reason shipping costs are always charged, and will depend on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

Keep in mind that shipping a package has a fixed cost and one per weight, so it is always, proportionally, cheaper to send a package with several items than one with a single product.

Can you send my order to another address or to another person in another country?

In one of the steps of the shopping cart, you will see an option to add another delivery address different from the one on the customer file, so if you choose this option, you will be able to enter new delivery information for this order, if you want us to We deliver it to you at work, you must also tell us the name of the company and telephone number, and if the delivery is made in a country different from yours, before paying the shipping costs will be updated, and you will be able to see if they are different.

What is the delivery time?

Since we receive the order and payment, we need 1 - 2 days to prepare it and deliver it to the carrier.

Once the carrier has it, delivery will take approximately 2 - 6 business days, depending on the destination country and as long as there is someone at home to receive it, if there is no one, they will leave a notice so that they can contact the carrier, or they will send an SMS or an email.

Once we have delivered the order to the carrier, we will send them by email the tracking number and the carrier's website so they can track it.

Can I attach a greeting card to the shipment?

In the shopping cart, you have an option to send the order as a Gift, you can choose one of our pre-designed cards, and you can also write the text you want us to include on the card, then you must choose the option: send to a new address of delivery, and you will be able to enter all the new delivery data.

How do you protect glass bottles or jars so that my order arrives in perfect condition?

All our shipments of products in glass containers are protected for transport with packaging specially designed to prevent breakage. Likewise, perishable products also travel specially protected, especially the most delicate ones, which in hotter times are delivered in special boxes so that they arrive in perfect condition.

What happens if a bottle arrives broken at its destination?

When you receive the package, you must make sure that it is in perfect condition, that it is not damaged or wet, before signing the delivery note.

If you believe that there are broken products, or the package is not in our original packaging, with the Iberian Wines and Food labels, you must reject the shipment, or open it in front of the courier and check the contents, and note on the delivery note the breakages, and request a copy of the delivery note with the annotation, or take a photo of the delivery note where you have indicated it.
