Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery.

The prices of our items are very adjusted, always trying to give the best possible price, for this reason shipping costs are not included in the price and depend on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

Keep in mind that sending a package has a fixed cost and one per weight, so it is always, proportionally, cheaper to send a package with several products than an order with few products, or a light weight.

The amounts shown are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country. At the end of the payment process, the final transportation cost calculated according to its weight/volume and destination will be shown.

To calculate shipping, we use the weight/volume variable since transport agencies apply their rates based on both the total weight and the volume of the order, always applying the greater of the two, so the actual weight of your order will not always coincide with the weight/volume reported in our purchasing process, although it will be very similar.

By default, the online store, when you enter without registering, will show you the shipping costs to France (default country) and once you enter the delivery address in the shopping cart, it will update the shipping costs.

We currently deliver in Spain (Including the Balearic Islands), France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Holland, Austria, and the Czech Republic. (We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or other European Islands)

Has your order arrived damaged?

We put all our effort into packing your order as best as possible, externally we use exclusive boxes designed for IWF, and for the interior we use various reinforcement packaging such as special protectors for delicate bottles, isothermal packaging... even so, there are times when an order may arrive damaged.

If, for any reason, upon receiving your package it arrives wet, broken, or damaged, please reject it, stating it on the delivery note, and inform us immediately, so that we can process payment for the damaged products with the carrier's insurance and offer you a refund. solution.
