Preparation and Delivery of the Order

Delivery term

The delivery time will be about 4 to 12 business days depending on the destination country. IWF tries to always have stock of all the products that you can see in our store, but given the extensive range and especially the perishable products, it is possible that we do not have some of the items available at the time of preparing the order, in this case The customer will be informed about the different options (substitution for another similar item, partial delivery of the order, refund of the amount of the item, etc.)
