Right of withdrawal

Given the type of products sold on this website, we can only accept returns of products that are not food or drinks, unless they are defective.

For the rest (paellas, kitchen accessories, etc.), the legal return period is 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any accessories or gifts included, if applicable. After checking the condition of the product, the amount will be returned according to the same payment method used by the client.

The customer must manage the transportation for the return by his/her own means and the expenses incurred from the return of the products will be borne by the buyer.

You can exercise your right by completing and sending us an email to: info@iberianwinesandfood.com, and we will inform you how to proceed.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

We remind you that to exercise the right of return, the products will have to meet the following requirements:

a) They do not have to have been opened.

b) They must retain their original appearance, this includes labels, packaging, boxes, instructions, manuals, accessories, etc.

c) They must be returned in their original packaging.

d) They must arrive, in correct condition, to our address.
