Citrus olive oils are obtained by crushing together arbequina olives of fields owned by the family Pons and citrus fruits of the Spanish Mediterranean.

The grinding process is done completely naturally in a stone mill, respecting the traditional system in cold.

The result of such careful and original product process is a unique aroma and taste excellent, exquisite blend of fresh lemons, tangerines and oranges and delicate sweetness of extra virgin olive oil.
