Sea salt is salt coming from the evaporation of water from sea, opposite the salt gem or extracted from land mines rock salt. They are the centres for excellence in production of sea salt.
As a general rule, sea salt has a 86% of sodium chloride (NaCl) and trace amounts of trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine and manganese chloride.
The composition of sea salt varies depending on the geographical situation of the salina.
