Wir haben diesen Schinken bestellt, der nach 5 Tagen bei uns eintraf. Sehr gut verpackt, wenig Fett und ein ausgesprochen guter Geschmack. Das Schinkenfleisch ist fest, schön dunkelrot und zergeht doch auf der Zunge. Nicht salzig, ein wenig nussig - so sollte ein Serrano sein. Es ist laut Beschreibung des Aufklebers ein "grand Reserva". Also eine klare Empfehlung!
