HOW DO YOU EAT?

La Mojama is served sliced, with a bit of bread and extra virgin olive oil, in salads or combined with other foods.

Depending on the taste of each one, the slices can be thinner or thicker, and the piece more or less cured.

It is recommended to remove the package about 15 minutes before consumption. Once opened, the piece continues to cure, to avoid it or to preserve it, you can introduce it in oil.

Tuna-YFT (Thunnus albacares) and sea salt
