Description

Prepared to make up to 60 servings of "Crema Catalana"

Pour some milk in a cup in which you must dissolve the mixture.

Heat the remaining milk and when it boils throw in the solution stirring with a wooden spatula. Lower the heat and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring.

Remove from heat and pour into containers where it will serve the cream, and let cool in the refrigerator.

Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and burn with a small kitchen torch.

Tip: If you want more flavor, boil the milk with cinnamon and lemon.
