  • What countries do you send to?

We ship to Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Monaco, Italy and the Netherlands.

We can not make deliveries outside the European Union, nor in America, nor in Asia.
We do not ship to European Islands (Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Azores, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, etc), except to the Balearic Islands, nor to overseas territories.

  • How do I pay for my order?

100% secure, you just need to enter your email address and a password. Thus, your payment is made directly from your PayPal account ensuring complete confidentiality of your bank details.

You can pay directly with your credit card through PayPal, you just have to enter your banking information without creating an account. PayPal's secure server makes payment on our bank's secure server, your bank details remain confidential.

  • How much does it would cost, sending the order?

Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery.

The prices of our items are very tight, trying to give the best possible price, for this reason the shipping charges are extra, and will depend on the country of destination and the weight of the shipment.

Please note that sending a parcel to Europe has a fixed cost, and one variable by weight, so it will always be, in proportion, more economical to send a package with several items that one with a single bottle or article.

  • Can you send the order to another address, or to another person or another country?

In one of the steps of the shopping cart, you will see an option to add another delivery address different from that of the customer card, then if you choose this option, you can enter new delivery data for this order, if you want to deliver it at work, you must also indicate the name of the company and phone, and if the delivery is made in a country other than yours, before paying, the shipping costs will be updated, and you can see if they are different.

  • What is the delivery time?

Since we received the order and the payment, we need 1 - 2 days to prepare it, and deliver it to the carrier.

Once the carrier has it, the delivery will be between 2 - 6 working days approximately, depending on the country of destination and whenever there is someone at home, if there is nobody, they will leave a notice to contact the carrier.

Once we have delivered the shipment to the carrier we will send you by e-mail, the tracking number and the Carrier's website so you can follow up.

  • Can I attach a greeting card, at the package?

In the shopping cart, you have an option to send the order as a gift, you can choose one of our pre-designed cards, and you can also write the text you want to include on the card, then you must choose the option: send a new one Delivery address, and you can enter all the new delivery data.

  • How do you protect glass bottles, so that my order arrives in perfect condition?

All our shipments of products in glass containers are protected for transport with packaging specially designed to prevent breakage.

Likewise, perishable products also travel specially protected, specially the most delicate, which in hot times are delivered in special boxes to arrive in perfect condition.

  • What happens if a bottle arrives broken?

Upon receiving the package, you must ensure it is in perfect condition, it is not damaged or wet, before signing the delivery note.

If you think there are broken product or the package is not in our original packing with our tags IberianWinesandFood, you must refuse or open front of the courier and check the content and note on the delivery note the breaks, and request a copy of the delivery note with the annotation.

  • I can't log in with my password.

If you have trouble accessing your password, you can request a new password on the "Forgot your password" to the right of the screen.

  • Where is located the On-line Store?

Our headquarters, offices and warehouses are located in Spain, in Catalonia.

From here, we manage orders and serve the EU countries.

  • My payment was declined, what I can do?

Do not worry, if for some reason, has been refused the payment, you can re-place a new order and complete the payment process, we will cancel the unpaid order, and we will only consider the order already paid.
