Description

Marzipan is a dessert whose main ingredients are almonds and sugar.

In Spain is a traditional Christmas dessert.

There are many legends about its origin, but it is likely that marzipan is of Arabic origin.

For its elaboration, take identical quantity of raw and peeled almonds and sugar. Mix and mash until a uniform texture, smooth paste. Then let it rest and then gives way. Painted with egg white and bake at 180 degrees for a few minutes.
