OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is itself a supreme Spanish delicatessen, something delicious and simply insuperable. To prove it our grandparents only they needed a good warm bread and salt to wet. Olive oil is the basis of most recipes called Mediterranean diet. As with wines, progress in Spain in the quality of olive oil have been spectacular: a raw material quality very diverse in all Spanish geography and substantial improvement in processing technologies.
