Plutôt agréable, mais qualité pas au top

Contrairement à d'autres chorizos de Salamanca, il n'est pas trop gras en général. Cependant, ici et là on y trouve des parties graisseuses qui font la moitié de la rondelle. Pas normal !! Par ailleurs, le goût est très agréable. Mais Ces îlots de graisse sont malheureusement très dérangeants.
